Can't play Cyberpunk

Since thursday 4th, I can't play to my shared copy of Cyberpunk. I already reach google support team and CDProjekt support team without any answer. Can anyboy helpme, It's not understandable I've been more than 3 days without service and without any help from Stadia or CDProjekt support.

Could you give more details on the issue? Do you receive an error message? What Stadia support told you?

Hi, thanks for your reply.

In my pc the message is that "You need to restart the game to play" and in my android device, it get stuck with the "Checking your connection" message. Stadia support said that they were looking into it (no news from them since yesterday), and told me to reach CDProjekt support, who did not reply to my message. My other games are working fine, BTW.

Sorry, you mention it's a shared copy of the game. I am assuming this is through Family Sharing. Is the copy of the game yours or is it being shared with you from a family member?

With family sharing, only one person in your family can access the game at once, so if someone else is playing, you will be unable to access it. On top of this, the owner can choose whether or not to share each game individually.

I've seen a similar post for a shared game whereby the owner of the game was unable to access the game and they resolved it by unsharing the game, then loading it up and then resharing, so if you're the owner, I would recommend this. If you're not the owner, I'd ask the owner to follow the steps above ensuring that they end their game session before you try to access the game again.

Yes, it is a family shared game, but since we live together, we know when each other is playing. He was experiencing the same issue from Thursday, but has been magically solved for him yesterday. In any case, we will try your recommendation, we did not try this.

I'll let you know how it goes.

Hi @KilianGT, thanks for posting about this issue. Could you let us know on which devices this is happening? For example, is it when trying to play on mobile, desktop, or Chromecast Ultra, or all of the above?

It's happening in all my devices. In desktop PC and MacOs it appears the Reopen the game messages, and in my Android devices it get stuck at the Checking Connection screen.

Hi again, @KilianGT. Thanks for that added context. Knowing that it is universal across your devices, my inclination is to suspect that your home network has experienced some change. One more question -- which region are you located in?

Hi again @KilianGT, thanks for your patience. Have you tried having the owner of the game reset the family group? I suggest trying that first. Have the owner of the title remove you from the family group, then re-add you. If that doesn't work, let me know and we'll go one step further.

Hi @ChrisFromGoogle , I don't think it have something to do with my network. The rest of my games are working fine, and I checked Cyberpunk with my Android device in other WIFI and mobile network with the same result. I'm in Spain.
