So, I have been playing off PC more often this week and I have noticed when I try to accept a game invite instead of the Stadia menu my laptop is bringing up the Xbox overview.
Anyone know how to stop that so I can get to my Stadia menus?
OK, so to turn the XBox home button off on the controller:
Press the XBox home button to invoke the overlay.
Select Settings from the Game bar menu
Select Shortcuts from the settings menu
Remove the checkbox from the entry "Open XBox Game Bar using the X button on a controller".
Then if you decide to enable it again, you can use Win+G to access it instead.
I Believe you can turn off the Xbox overview to prevent it from showing up. Not sure how though as I've never used Xbox-stuff on PC. Search through You Windows/Xbox-app settings.
If You want the overview to exist sometimes I'm not sure there's a way however.
@LordVivec : What button or keypress are you performing? Are you hitting the XBox controller home button?
@Bakken that's what I can't find! Haha I want to turn it off
@Mad_Dog_Bravo the Xbox X button.
I got some things to try off Reddit yesterday that I will try when I get back to the computer.
