Hi @OkRuh,

Is your CCU running hot? Does it have some "breathing" space?

Do you have it with multiple games?

Hey @OkRuh  I get that you are annoyed with the problem, but lashing out at a stranger whos trying to help isn't cool.

What @RXShorty is trying to do is troubleshoot and isolate the issue.  They are trying to determine what could be causing the problem.

So, do you have another device in your home with HDMI input?  If so, can you try the CCU with that?  If the problem persists here its likely the CCU.  If you cannot test it this way, then does your TV have an alternative HDMI port?  Can you test the CCU in that?

We are trying to help, so expect more questions if the answers are fairly standard ones.

Yes it runs hot

Breathing space? What is that

Yes I have multiple games

Does the CCU need to come with a warning - runs hot, needs breathing space and unable to run multiple games? What is this? It keeps crashing and its a new CCU.
