Hey @Asmo,
that question did come up also in the ESO Tavern 2019 in Cologne, and I heard from Matt Firor, that ZeniMax is planning to make the PC servers available for Stadia, which I think would mean that we would be able to play our characters from there.
Question is still, if both servers (NA/EU) will be available and if console players really have to start again then when they would buy the game on Stadia. Unfortunately ZOS hasn't written this so far (no official statement), so I guess we need to wait and see. Hopefully some infos will come soon, as I expect ESO to come out on Stadia somewhen 2020.
Beware, ESO isb’t released on Stadia yet.
being a mmorpg there is a high chance that you can use your current account in Stadia.

Thanks for the fast help.

I am also looking forward to TESO coming to Stadia. However, I'd be coming from consoles, if I have to start over with all the time and money( ESO+) I've invested I'll be VERY upset, and will have to ask myself is it worth my time and money just to play catch up( CP +450).
@RomanStormborn You will definitely need to start over. I moved from PS4 to PC a while back and had to start all over again. Stadia will almost certainly be no different
I would definetely wait of a statement of the developers though before giving up.
Maybe they'll do it differently, I guess at the moment only they know.
Ouch, that hurt! But thanks for the reply.
I think PC players will keep accounts since it will be on PC servers, in my case being on Xbox with hundreds of hours and items purchased I doubt my progress will be carried over.
But even if it becomes cross platform , be aware that Stadia probably will not have any possibility for any additional add on
Basicly playing from stadia probably will mean pure vanilla playstyle

Yes, anyone playing ESO on console looked across to the PC version with envy, will run so much more better on Stadia and be much prettier too.
