I'm still waiting to receive the code for the Stadia Premiere edition promotion.
During the promotion period I purchased a title worth 70 euros (FIFA 22) from the Stadia Store, due to the promotion to receive the Chromecast and the controller as a gift.
Yesterday, October 21st, I did not receive the promotional code and I contacted Stadia support, who checked everything was in order and told me that I would be contacted by email to resolve the problem.
Today 22 October I have not received anything yet, no code and no email.
Without the promotion I would not have purchased FIFA 22 on Google Stadia. I hope I will receive the code as soon as possible.

Hi @MaxPayneLE84 , since you already contacted support and was given an instruction to wait for the email, let's wait a bit more and see what happens.
It might be that support is also trying to find out what's going on and they will try to rectify the issue. I say wait for a few days, and if you still don't get the email, contact them again. Make sure to contact them directly using the call/chat option.
Did you check the spam folder in your account? Did you check that the purchase was made with the correct account? Do you see the transaction on Stadia.google.com > Settings?
I checked the spam folder of the email, but there isn't nothing and the purchase is done with the correct account.
Try to reach Stadia Support and see what happen in this case!
