Borderlands 3 Ultimate Edition I purchased was actually just Season Pass 2 with wrong name and descr

I purchased Borderlands 3: Ultimate Edition  (Spanish) and, after finding out that most of the DLC that was listed on the description was missing I contacted support. They couldn't help me. (As seen here: https://community.stadia.com/t5/Payments-Billing/Content-missing-from-my-Borderlands-3-Ultimate-Edit... )

Turns out that, if I change the language to English, the name of the product changes from Ultimate Edition (Edición Definitiva) to Season Pass 2. The description also changes. So it looks like the name and text of the product I purchased (is Spanish) is wrong.

Is this enough to demand the other content or finally get that refund?

@Machina I just checked under the Borderlands page, and I definitely see what you mean. Can you try contacting support explaining carefully of the situation? Take screenshots of the English page and the Spanish page, and make sure the support you're talking to understand the difference between the two.

Let's start from there, and see what they say. If you're getting resistance or pushback, please report back here and let's figure out what other things we can do.

Edit: I see that you already contacted support from your other post, so don't worry about contacting them again. I also see that the issue is currently being escalated, so stay tuned.

In the future, it will be really helpful if you just reply back to your original post (regarding the same issue), instead of creating another post. This way it will be easier to compile all the information, and to troubleshoot.
