I have played all but one of the Borderlands games. They are a ton of fun, challenging, the one-liners kill me. And I have been very supportive of their development team over the years. But how they have handled Stadia support is horrible. All of us on Stadia paid our hard-earned money on the game and the DLCs, no different than anyone else. How they are treating Stadia customers is wrong.
They refuse to solve the problem unless I shoot video. I have a crazy busy life, gaming is my downtime, not my time to do tons of work for a straight forward bug that I have documented with screenshots. I have given them my support ID twice, now they want it a third time. Its like the company that has always been fantastic on service in my experience, fired all the good CSRs, and could care less about Stadia customers.
Again, love the game and for the most part, have had a great Stadia experience. I hope somebody somewhere, on the Stadia side or upper management on the BL3 side, puts an end to these issues.
