if you can't find any ingame option to switch the language to another one, try this:

General language options through your Google Account

Stadia works as many other Google products. Usually the language is determined by the language chosen in your Google Account. To change that language, simply follow the instructions in this helpcenter-article.

When playing on Chromecast

You can change the language of your chromecast in the Google Home App, just do the following:

1. Open your Google Home App.
2. Select the room where your device (chromecast) is set up.
3. Click on the settings in the top right corner.
4. Change the language under "language" to the one you want your games in.
5. Open Stadia on TV and enjoy!
