I have 2 Chromecast Ultras, Chromecast with Google TV, an Android TV and a OnePlus 8 phone. I've tried playing Stadia on all of them. I also have excellent connection to WiFi. When I open Stadia I have terrible connection to the point it makes it unplayable.
I also have Google Nest WiFi.
I just purchased Google Nest Wifi router and point yesterday from the Google store. I've been having real bad connectivity issues for 3 months now. My internet provider is ok, but I was hoping this nest router would help this issue. The problems also started after I got a new Samsung TV. it's been frustrating. So my point of commenting on your post is I'm pretty much going to stay in the same connectivity slump possibly as well? I receive my Google nest routers at the end of this week. I'm sorry your going through that. ![]()
I figured out the problem. I had to many devices for Stadia. Two Chromecast Ultras, one Android TV and one Chromecast with Google TV. I disconnected the two CCUs and all is good now! I really like the Google Nest. Super easy to set and manage the wifi in my house. I think you'll like it as well.
Yeah when I was reading it that you had two chromecasts I figured two was probably too much but sometimes two is better than none. So my connection issue I can't figure out yet like I said I have Google that's Wi-Fi on the way I fiddle with it I've called support it's just since I got the new TV but I will update you when I get my new wi-fi system how's that?
Let know how it goes!
