This doesn't seem to be a Stadia specific issue as after looking around, there have been many other people getting stuck where you are.
Last I can see, an Ubisoft Support Staff member has passed the information onto the team about 3 weeks ago, but can't see a further update.
This is something you'd need to reach out to Ubisoft to resolve, I'm afraid. Also, possibly try some of the suggestions in the forum post I linked above.
