Hi Community,
I recently purchased Cyberpunk2077 but have been disappointed with the quality of the graphics. Surely the game contains a lot of detail, but it appears to be running at a very low resolution and feels a bit sluggish. If I switch the graphics quality to focus on fps, then it does become as responsive as other titles I've played (Doom Eternal for example), but the graphic suffers a lot and becomes blurry.
Does Stadia have any plans to improve the hardware in the future?
Other than that, Stadia runs very well and the quality and responsiveness of the other games I've tried has been amazing!
Thank you.
Stadia has no communication, so nobody will know it, till it is done. At this point of the Plattform, i dont think there will be any Hardware-Update.
Stadia is a niche Plattform, so google must invest, but they dont will invest, cause they thought all will run to stadia and this didnt happend.
I assume that as games become more demanding in the future, they will have to upgrade the hardware to keep up.
But as a customer and fan of Stadia, my biggest wish is improved performance as this is really the biggest benefit of cloud gaming; that you don't have to buy and upgrade/maintain an expensive PC gaming rig, which is both bad for your pocket and the environment.
My close second wish is more games, as I hope Stadia will be able to cover all my gaming needs for the foreseeable future ![]()
The Problem is, they dont keep up today - The performance on the games is mostly bad - no 4k, low settings, no 60 FPS.
Linux was a bad decision and no one want to port his game to stadia, because it is to little.
I think Stadia will not die, but they cant hold his promisses from the beginning (4k 60 FPS with no "up to" - this comes later - sad). Perhaps in five Years, when Microsoft, Sony and Nvidia made cloud gaming serious.
I have had good experiences with games like Red Dead Redemption 2 and Doom: Eternal, so I don't think the performance is too bad. But I recommend Google to focus on performance to attract new players (and always more game options). Google definitely has the resources and knowhow to do it, and it would be good PR to show their advances to the world.
