Anyone else not able to access Outriders Hell's Rangers add on?

I purchased the Hell's rangers add on fire Outriders almost a week ago. It does not show up for me in my game. Is anyone else having this problem?

@RXShorty thanks. I did not see that video. The weird thing is, I can customize the truck. But I didn't get the armor or weapons. When I go to the rift town stash the 3rd option is locked for me. So I have Stash, Backpack, and Lock icon. But I'm level 16. So I should be able to access i

Awesome. I'll try some of these options. Hopefully I don't have to do the one that requires starting a new character:expressionless_face:. I really appreciate your posts. I'll let you know if any of these work for me.

Well, so far no luck. I even tried creating a new character, but I guess I have to get that one to level 10 before I will be able to access it, because it's locked for the new character too. I'll try getting that one to lvl 10, and keep looking online. So far Google told me I have to get help from S/E, and S/E opened a case, but no response yet.

Oh crap, lol I forgot all about that, I had this game before, and I knew that's what it was..lvl phht, lol lvl 4 toon...We got a ways to go, lol Thanks very much man. Appreciate it. :slightly_smiling_face:

It's hilarious. I reached out to S/E and they said it's a Stadia server issue. But this is happening to people across all platforms right? 

So Stadia support sent me to Square Enix and Square Enix says go to Stadia. Since it's happening across platforms, it's pretty clear it's a S/E problem, but this is why Stadia support needs to work directly with developers when we report this stuff. I'm paying my money to Stadia, if I need support then Stadia/Google should be reaching to their partners to fix stuff. 

Just a runaround for us as customers.

I got a second response from S/E still telling me it's a Stadia problem, but asking for additional info, and screenshots. SO I sent that. Just waiting now. Still can't access the content pack. This is a whole lot of trouble to go through for a $3.49 add-on. But Google didn't even address my question about getting a refund if the content doesn't work, so I have to keep fighting to get the content since I can't even get my $3.49 refunded. I want the content anyway, so I hope they can fix this. But it's a real pain to have to chase down content that I paid for.

If the content does not work that is one of the very big reasons they will give you a refund for. I believe you just need to provide them with a screenshot of your support ticket with S/E and they will be able to refund. i am currently going through this process as well. i don't care if i get the content or the money back but i would like one of them.

Yeah. S/E gave me a long runaround. They just finally said today that they created my ticket and sent it to their technical team. If they can't fix it I'll submit that ticket info to Stadia for a refund.

Believe it or not this is still not fixed. I purchased this add-on on Nov 24th and still don't have the content.

Square Enix has an open ticket and haven't gotten back to me. I checked in after 2 weeks and they told be it was sent to their tech support and to "be patient".

I asked Google support for a refund of JUST the add-on, and told them to remove it from my account and they said they don't refund add-ons. Then they asked me for proof of my Square Enix ticket, which I gave them. So now it is almost a month since I bought it, Google has my money, I don't have the content, and NOBODY has fixed anything. The stupid thing cost me $3.49. You would think undoing it would have been simple since it doesn't work.

It's one of those things where you just want to be like "Meh... I don't feel like fighting over $3.49" but also... I paid a huge company for something, and I didn't get what I paid for at all. So then it's like... "Meh... I guess I gotta keep fighting so I am not screwed by the Corpo bastards", as V would say, lol.

I think the "biggest" part of the $3.49 has been send to Square Enix... but it really annoying things are not getting resolved... 

Hope things will get resolved and you finally are able to enjoy your addon. :face_without_mouth:

This is still an issue for me as well (since November). I've heard back twice from Square Enix and sent them screenshots as well as all the steps I tried: restarted the game, tried different characters, tried opening the stash from Rift Town, created and leveled a new character to level 10 - none of that worked. I'm in the same boat. I paid $3.49 for it so it's not really worth the trouble at this point plus I'd rather have the content. I just wish they wouldn't sell it if they didn't support it.

@Crowrezin They actually (FINALLY) refunded my $3.49 and removed the add-on from my account on Saturday. It KINDA stinks, because I just wanted the extra content, and it took a lot of work on my part considering it was a $3.49 purchase. But at least I am glad they finally refunded it. I might try buying it again, but not any time soon. Hopefully they will let people know when it is actually fixed, and then I might try again.

did stadia refund you or square enix ? because i just got off stadia chat support a few days ago and they said they were unable to refund add-on purchases because that money goes directly to the publisher. like that **bleep**ing matters. i don't REALLY care about $3.49 but it's the principal of the matter at this point.

I didn't even bother with a refund. I really just want the content. Here is the last update I have from Square Enix support about the content STILL not showing up: "Thank you for reaching out to our team. Unfortunately, we would not be able to suggest anything new. We will forward the information to the team to investigate and possibly resolve the issue. You are free to try previous suggestions and keep checking to see if you can access the DLC periodically but we would not have any further solutions for you to try at this time." So they have given up as well.

Same thing happen to me, I bought it 2 weeks ago, and thought if I got a little further in the game I would get but still blnithing6
