Waited 4 hours to chat to customer service about an issue in a queue of 377 people and then when I went to discuss second issue ie cant stream in 4K on pro they disconnected immediately and gave me questionaire to fill in without letting me ask second question,.
Now in a second queue of 513 people which will probably take 6+ hours to get through to someone and will be at computer until after midnight waiting - ruined my day.
Google Stadia is unbelievable = expected a lot better from Google.
Hello @steelix, sorry to hear that you cannot connect with the Stadia support team. From my quick search, I found some users state that they used Twitter to connect with them. Perhaps this could be a good alternative communication platform for you so you won't be stuck on your computer in a queue.
With the release of Cyberpunk 2077 and the multiple issues some players are experiencing, I can only guess their support team is experience a higher than usual volume.

Driving me crazy - xbox takes 10 mins to get through to someone maximum. They like to disconnect as soon as they can after dealing with one query so you have to reconnect for many hours to get through - had to change my plans today to get it sorted
Support has been overrun by people confused about how to get the free Stadia Premier bundle with their purchases of Cyberpunk (Pro tip: Just wait, it comes to you, you don't have to do anything). I imagine things should clear up somewhat in the coming days.
