Are you playing using Chromecast or PC browser?
i use the cheomecast ultra and also a mac with chrome browser same story
Personal network with a 93mbps downolad 10mbps up, 19 ping and 5.6 jitter
I’ve only seen that issue when a router, firewall, or DNS problem was happening on the network I was connected to.

have you checked already your connection again just in case?
"Even if you’ve signed up for an internet plan of 10 Mbps or greater, we recommend testing your connection on the device you’ll use in the location where you want to play."
Also I would recommend to try these steps first as it seems to be depending on the connection that no game at all is loading for you (CCU, PC and Phone).
If that issue still occurs, I would recommend to contact Stadia support as they might have an idea what it could be or can do further steps with you.
