@Ivan Saw a user comment on Reddit. The way the person worded made it seem credible enough, perhaps I shouldn't have jumped to a conclusion so early. I've included the link to the comment below for your reference. There doesn't seem to be any official documentation around it as far as I'm aware.

Another user has seemingly confirmed the same. Difference isn't noticeable unless you were to compare them side by side and they seems to have enjoyed the overall experience. So yeah, don't let the frame rate stop you from trying out the game. Comment Link

@SanjaySyam Just curious, where did you get the info that AC Valhalla will run at 4k/30 and 1080p/30 FPS. Can you point me to any documentation that says so?

@SanjaySyam Thanks for the reference. Yeah I was wondering if there's an official documentation, since I wasn't able to find any. I actually got a free code for this game, so I'll be playing it on my potato PC. Won't be 60 fps obviously, but hey free is free :slightly_smiling_face:

Why this is marked as solution for my question?

If this would be the solution, shouldnt it says „NO! AC Valhalla will not run on 4K/60fps ?

Who marked it as solution?

It definetly runs 30 fps!

Look gameplay at 60 fps and you will see the difference by yourself

Sorry for hijacking thread, but this is a question that Stadia Team needs to answer for us the users.

Where is the promised hardware scaling to suit the performance need of the games? IS the solution to just downsize all new next-gen games to medium settings and keep 30FPS the new standard?

Read my thread below and please get the discussion going, its a fair discussion.

Thanks Takanami,

I’m totally with you, but would still prefer to have this question answered for AC Valhalla.

I will jump on your thread to have a general answer, as you are totally right; Stadia owes us a feedback.

Thanks

it plays like Odyssey. which is ok for me right now. i am not planing on buying new hardware any time soon. but in the long run it cannot stay that way.
