After spending a combined 5 hours chatting with different agents over multiple days and being told I would be contacted in 24 hours (never happened) l, that I would be called the next day(never happened) and today after chatting with an agent for over an hour at which point he then decided to actually look at my account and eventually ending the chat with the issue unresolved and questions unanswered I am shocked at the how customer service is handled. The only constant is that I am almost always told that someone will get back to me in 24 hours. Is this the standard answer so they can get rid of you?
What is your problem, maybe we can help? My experience they do get back to you, just not when they say.
