I got sent a controller with a dead battery. After allerting Stadia about this witch took 3 hours in support to get them to send a replacment unit. Stadia then gets my shipment wrong with DHL that wants more information so they can deliver it to me witch they request me to ask Google/Stadia to do. Witch... I do, Another 4 hours in support.... Now I get a message from DHL that since the shipper has not provided them with the correct information on where to deliver my unit so they are sending the shipment back to stadia and asking me to contact them yet again so they can fix this.... After being sent to various departments for 14 hours all in all I'm no where near to getting my replacment unit still.
At this point I just want my money back and never want to do with Stadia ever again but I don't want to sit another 14 hours in support/customer service again.
It's sad that a company this big dosent know the basics of customer service.
Is there any way to get Stadia to take responsibility and either give me what I paid for or return my money without wanting to kill myself after another 14 hours in their customer support?

If you provide your reference-numbers/Case-IDs, I believe maybe @GraceFromGoogle or @ChrisFromGoogle might be able to look into your issue further (no promise on this though).
But generally speaking, I believe you still need to get in contact with the support, either to ask about your shipped item or also for the return. You can also check in these articles here for some more information about general refunds and returns as some parts can be done without contacting the support:

You could just pug it in tell you get a new one. That is what i did easy fix but that is up to you.
