Poor sale offerings this week. Mortal Kombat still not on sale since Christmas, can't justify paying £50 for a game costs £25 elsewhere

There’s a typo on Destiny 2 Legendary edition price, in the store it’s $47,99 not $12,49 @StadiaTeam

MK11 is regular price 49.99 in most digital stores. it happens to be on sale on xbox right now. good for them. neither stadia nor google sets sale prices. contact the developer and request they add a sale for their game since you don't want to give them as much money for their game.

Those devs who thought that winning 1000 games for a single achievement is a fun grind should burn in hell ... but looking forward to playing this game.

Also, can't wait to make my own wine and make acquintances with Irish Kings ... :slightly_smiling_face:

Ok, so I've given stadia one last go, my soon to be wife is at uni, and she wants to play Resident evil village, and only that, she won't let me just buy her a console because she wouldn't use it apart from resident evil, and she knows I have like 7 Chromecasts and now there is a family function.

What I want to know from the community that I criticise so much, is that have they done something good with the family function, can it be used from 2 different Wi-Fi addresses, or do they all need to be connected to the same router?

Please give me something to praise stadia for, and tell me I just didn't waste money buying a game I already own twice.

Hundred Days (hype)! That's less than it has been since the last Connect. When are you bringing out some more hype stuff, Stadia? IO? E3? Summer Game Fest? Ubisoft Forward? EA Play Live? Gamescom?

Chufu

Hey @Classic-Rando,

regarding the family function: When you have shared your library within the family, all family members can basically play the games you share. You just cannot play the same game at the same time if you only have 1 license of the game. WiFi doesn't matter here as long as your wife is in the family and the sharing is active, she can enjoy. There is no requirement to be connected to the same router, it's just important to actually have internet (which is logically because otherwise you can't use Stadia).

Nice news btw, I am looking forward to the Druid expansion for Valhalla!

@Chufu

Thanks, that's going to really please her, and if she's happy, then I'm happy,

I think everyone has seen my criticism over the months, and some people, think I'm just here to troll the forum, and I said, when stadia do something good, I'll give them the praise they deserve, and this is a good thing, very handy and has negated the need for me to buy a new console or PC to send, just to play one game, and then be put in a cupboard, now I can just send one of my many controllers and a CCU, this is good.

Keep it up, I will give credit when it's due.

When are you going to address the late updates issue? It seems Stadia is the ginger stepchild of games and is always left out of scheduled updates.

Here an interview to Broken Arms Games, the developer team of Hundred Days. It's in italian, but if you don't speak italian don't worry there is an interesting video gameplay one hour long. For sure this game will be in my library!!

Ok, so I already own RE village on the PS5 and my rtx 3090 pc, it's runs OK on the PS5, but obviously is far better on the PC, it's beautiful, and smooth as butter

I bought another copy of Village on Stadia last night for my fiance who's currently at uni and I thought I'd see how it runs on Stadia, and I have to say I'm impressed, it runs almost as well as the PC, probably on the same level as the ps5, nice work stadia, keep this quality up, also, the intermittent lag that used to drive me mad seems to have stopped, so I assumed you've fortified your network, good job, no criticism today, just well done, you made me and the missus happy, good job.

@ChaosTheory

I criticise when I see problems, but I do give praise when it's due, still think I'm just here to troll the forum?

Or are you willing to accept that I'm just honest about stadia, I'm not just someone who ignores all the problems and says let's gooo every week, it means nothing.

Oh PS, read the above comments that started from last night.

More AAA games that you need a gaming desktop for please. Crossplay on those games with my friends who still build gaming desktops. That is what I want for Stadia. As much as I love games like Enter the Gungeon those are just fine playing on my Switch.

I will say the AAA and AA games are coming so let's just keep that up! RE7, RE8, Cyberpunk (if it wasn't broken I would probably buy this), AC, Doom (although I have that on the Switch), I am sure there is more. Keep those type of games coming and Stadia will be a real force.

@Chuyqwerty @

Next thing I have to do is book the church for August (it has to be August, it's a zodiac thing, I don't give a crap about the zodiac though, I can't even remember what sign it is, but it's ok, she knows how I feel), find a caterer and buy the bridesmaid dresses and all that frilly nonsense that women tend to want, I'd be happy with a civil union, but you got to keep her happy, that's your first priority if you show your spouse that you support them even if you don't believe whatever, or care about whatever, then you get repaid emotionally ten times over, money is made to be spent, not to sit in shares and bonds or property forever I'm happy with what I have, I'm not going to be stingy so I can basically be Scrooge and say humbug to spending money.

I worked (or gamed in the little free time I had) all the hours god sent from when I was 16 to 40 and had no time for relationships or family, and now I have time, a beautiful fiance who is baby crazy like me, so I can finally have a family, and listen to hopefully 2 or 3 children laughing and crying in my house.

Then after that, I need to decide what country to bring up the kids in, the UK or the US, I say US, she says UK, so negotiating time is around the corner.

Basically I've got some hugely important life changes to make in the next year or two starting now, and I couldn't be happier.

Sorry for the rant :face_with_tears_of_joy::face_blowing_a_kiss:but I'm happy, and I'm telling anybody who'll listen, 25 years of dedication have paid off, and finally I can get the family I've been wanting for decades!

No need to apologize for the rant. I am genuinely happy for you. I can tell you are very excited and looking forward to this new chapter in your life.

You're definitely doing the right thing by doing the zodiac thing and keeping her happy for the wedding. It isn't too much to ask when you know you found the one.

I married in 2016 to an Indonesian girl that lived overseas. It was definitely complicated since I live in USA and making arrangements overseas was very difficult, then there was the whole marriage visa which was another pain in the ass. But it was worth it. I used to visit her in Indonesia/Bali once a year for a few weeks and now it's a dream come true being able to wake up next to her.

Well, there's my rant lol. I'm really happy for you. Good luck with everything. I wish you nothing but the best :slightly_smiling_face:

@Chuyqwerty

That's awesome man, I'm really happy for you, you seem to be in a similar situation to me, so I bet you do really get how I feel, I thought a long distance with someone at uni doing their masters was difficult, I couldn't imagine a different country, it must have been tough, but the payoff must have been amazing when you saw her walk in your house, knowing that she's staying forever, that's honestly great.

And thanks for listening, like I say, I'm halfway to just telling people I pass on the streets :rolling_on_the_floor_laughing:, so it's nice to tell someone who understands.

Take care my dude, you sound like a lucky man, I hope you live a happy life, and keep you wife happy, she's priority number one!
