If you've purchased withing 14 days and played less than 2 hours across all accounts and the refund option isn't working. Then I would suggest you attempt to reach out to support by the suggested methods that they are offering in your area. Chat and phone support seem to be unavailable due to the pandemic in most locations, so they have been suggesting Facebook and/or Twitter as alternatives.
