Hi there- I don't have access to an email address that stadia refunds are being posted to, so I can't update the credit card info. Is there anything I can do?
Hey @mtaneja,
To recover that Google Account that Stadia is connected with, you would need to do the Account recovery process.
More info about it you can also find in these resources:
If you still have issues afterwards, you can also contact the Stadia team, but just be aware that they don't have any extra resources but they can guide you through if you have any issues with the recovery and assist you with it (just don't expect they can magically do something).
Hope this helps!
That depends when you deleted that Google Account, as far as I know it gets deleted permanently in 30-60 days (this was mentioned somewhere in the ToS). So if the deletion is not that long ago, you can still try recovering your account with the above mentioned steps.
For a Stadia account it's similar btw, you can chat with the Stadia team as long as it's within 30 days from the request for deletion (see this article).

Thanks! The issue is that I made the original hardware purchase with an email address that no longer exists. Is it still possible to recover this?
