Yesterday I suddenly could subscribe to Pro with my credit card. Afterwards I tried to buy a game with that credit card and that did not work. Same unspecified error.
Any ideas?

This is primarily a user to user help forum so I don't think any of us can really get to the bottom of your billing issues. You should contact Stadia support directly for help in looking into what's going on behind the scenes with your credit card purchases not going through.
