Hello,
Today I purschased rainbow six siege: deluxe with discount because of my pro subscription. However it is now two hours later and the money is deducted, the payment was successfully. Yet there is nothing listed in my account, no follow up mail from stadia or whatsoever.
The payment method is ideal, it all seems similar to the problem in this topic; https://community.stadia.com/t5/Payments-Billing/Have-bought-a-game-but-not-listed/m-p/9286#M492.
I was told by chat support to contact my bank because Google has no idea what happened. It seems very weird there is no trace of any transaction at all. Besides ideal is not like a regular credit card payment where you can just charge back the money. It is a direct payment, and the money has to be charged back by the vendor. Not the bank or whatsoever. So for now it seems I am screwed.
Please fix this, as this is a crucial and very sloppy bug.
Best Regards,
David
Hi @dbschr,
I'm really sorry to hear that you've run into this issue. Were you able to find out anything from contacting your bank?
There's unfortunately not much that the members of this community can do to assist with payment-related issues since that's all very account-specific. I'd recommend continue trying to work this out between Stadia support and your bank to figure out what went wrong and the best way to correct it.
You may also want to use the Feedback option from within the Stadia app to share your experience with the developers so they can look into ways to keep this from happening in the future.
