I've contacted Stadia support as after having changed the payment method for my refunds, I haven't still received the money in over 2 weeks. From the support page (https://support.google.com/stadia/gethelp) I can see I have a case open with them but I'm unable to see what's the status of the ticket. Furthermore, I see the last update was within the last 24 hours but I haven't received any emails about this. Is there any way to check the status of the current ticket before I create a new one? Thanks!
If you didn't got any email about it, you don't have any point of contact to the old chat-partner, so I'd recommend to get in touch with them again in that case.
If you have changed the payment method though for your refund, you probably just need to have a bit more patience until the refund arrives. Bear in mind that Google is still processing the refunds until Jan 18, 2023, so you could also get in touch again with the support if you haven't received the refund by then.
