On my account it is saying that they refunded me but saying that my refund is zero dollars which makes no sense because I know I paid money for those games. Does anyone else seem to be having that issue too?
It's supposed to say zero. When you guys see that all it is saying is the total (left over) is zero. So if you paid $59.99 for CP 2077, it shows $59.99, then -$59.99 represents your refund, and the balance is zero. If it says refunded, then go look for that $59.99 in your account. It should say under the refund what account it was refunded to. Look at my example. I paid for CP2077, they refunded it. Refund went to PayPal. (It actually went THROUGH PayPal to a closed bank account. But the bank sent it back to my PayPal balance, and I was able to transfer it to a current account.
If it says "Refund Declined" then keep your eye out for an email to your Stadia email address. They will ask you to update the payment method to get your refund.

I'm not quite sure I understand your issue: Is the refund in the email 0 USD or the amount on your payment method (bank statement, etc.) is 0 USD?
In general: You can double check the amounts you paid for the games, etc. on pay.google.com, that way you can also check if you bought them for example with a discount and that's why the refund is 0.
Otherwise maybe if you can explain the issue a bit more in detail, it would help to understand what exactly you mean. ![]()
hes saying when we go to pay.google.com and look at the transactions it says like for example Cyberpunk 2077 $59.99 then below that it says -$59.99 then below that it says total $0.00
its doing the same thing to me with every one of em
They said everything was refunded, but it shows that $0 was refunded to me when something may have cost me $59. I have only gotten paid back for two of the maybe 10 refunds they were supposed to send back. My account is right on the refund email, but the money never made it to my account or says I'm getting $0.

The main problem with that though is that the money wasn't put back into my account. I checked and only one went through and there was nothing else out of like 10 refunds
Best is in that case to check with the bank if they got the refund somehow. Sometimes the refund can also take some days to be processed, depending on the payment method, but bank transfers usually happen 3-10 days after the refund was initiated.
If the refund fails, you would receive an email with further instructions to set an alternate payment method.
