I bought game on Stadia paid by credit Card of Google pay. I need invoice to claim reimbursement. Where can I get that?

If this is not sufficient, you can try contacting support and see if they can give an official invoice https://support.google.com/stadia/gethelp

The invoices depend on your country and if you need to add your fiscal information: https://support.google.com/googlepay/answer/7644144?hl=en
If I remember correctly, if you didn't add this information before purchasing the products, you won't be able to create an invoices with the Tax ID.
@Chrtept When you buy a game, a receipt usually will be sent to your Gmail address where you registered for Stadia. Have you checked there?
Additionally, you can go to the following link while signed in with your Stadia account, and you will be able to see your purchases there under 'Activity'
Yes, I can see receipt and purchases there under 'Activity' in my google account. But it only include transaction details. I need invoice with company name/address/registration code to claim reimbursement.

You always receive a email when you buy a game.
And you can login on Stadia and within the settings there is a menu called Purchases and Subscriptions.
Some more information:
You can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase if there is less than 2 hours of play time across all accounts (family and personal). Games may only be returned one time, so if you return a purchased game for a refund and subsequently re-purchase it, you will not be entitled to a refund. This refund is only available for purchased games, and not for add-on content or services.
