Unknowingly billed for subscription

I canceled my pro subscription back in January. I have the cancelation email. Looked at my credit card today and noticed that I was billed as recently as June 8. It looks like I have been incorrectly billed for the last 5 months.

Checked my son's email (who is registered on my family's group stadia account). It seems he has been receiving "thank you for your purchase" emails. What is going on here? I never authorized his account for billing. also if the main adult who owns the account cancels, how is it that a minor is getting billed?

Very frustrated that this is happening. We haven't used Stadia since January, yet we have been billed for it.

You should reach out to the Stadia support team to get your issue resolved. Stadia Support chat

Some information about refunding:

You can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase if there is less than 2 hours of play time across all accounts (family and personal). Games may only be returned one time, so if you return a purchased game for a refund and subsequently re-purchase it, you will not be entitled to a refund. This refund is only available for purchased games, and not for add-on content or services.
