Getting a message 'Profile doesnot exist', contact google support to resolve this issue, after clicking on Update payment info

Do you get the same error when you navigate manually to pay.google.com and click on the notification dot in the top right corner (if you got an email about updating the payment method, there should be a red notification dot about the refund)?
Also: Are you logged in on pay.google.com, so do you have a Google account with an active payment profile?
They sent mine to wrong email. Own both emails, but I'm getting that same error cause they aren't sending to correct email... And I can't get help it seems.
I'm logged into the account and see an active profile for payment which has the credit card added as well. I dont see any red dot. Can you pls help me ASAP.
Contact support then. They did get my funds to me.
Hello. I received an email on Dec. 6th of 2022, stating that my original payment method would be refunded for my Stadia account. It is not Jan 4, 2023 and I have yet to receive the credit. How do I flag this refund as a potential issue and get the refun?
Good luck with that. 've talked with probably 25 different Google employees and noone can give me a straight answer on how I'm going to receive my refund that was issued and then declined by my bank well over a month ago. If it was a guest order its gonna be a nightmare. mine was placed almost 3 years ago so no longer have the same card. But it is the same bank and even though mine was a guest order i still placed it with the same Google email I've been using ever since. Every single person I've spoken to has given me the same bs about the email to update, which doesn't work, and then contact my bank, which I already did when it was declined, then after I vividly explain to them for an hour what I got going on they always end with we will be in contact shortly with a solution. It took a month for the first employee to respond with an email telling me it was issued, that I need to get in contact with my bank. Followed by the same other 30 employees I already explained the issue to saying the same thing. When it's obviously not an issue with my bank.
I got exactly the same problem and it’s make me crazy. Does anyone have a solution for that ?
