Please help. I am pulling my hair out. My son wants to get a limited time free offer on a game on stadia. I am the account manager. We don't have a subscription. I have set up family payment details on play store but when we click on the buy button for the game on stadia with my sons managed account we get a message saying we need to set up family payment details. The family payment details are enabled. Why is it not working?
So fed up of all this technology crap that my children want to use and I end up sitting up half the night trying to get to work.
Any suggestions before I delete stadia completely?

1. What limited time free offer on a game do you mean? What game, and what's the offer?
2. When you said you don't have a subscription, I guess you meant you're not subscribed to Stadia Pro right?
3. Can you provide screenshots when the error is happening? It would be a lot helpful for us to troubleshoot to understand exactly what's going on (please cover personal details if there's any)
