The two payment profiles shouldn't be an issue, because the refund will go back to the payment methods that you have assigned to one of these profiles (the one which you did the purchase with).
In your case I would say, give them more time and if you still haven't got any refund, check with the issuer of your payment methods if they have received the money somehow. If the refund would be rejected by an issuer, then you would receive an email from Google.
