I have purchased chips on Google play store, the payment already done, but I never received the item, and I'm not so good in Google reports, the Google play should be know very well, that they not yet provide item for the payment they received, so what is there to be refund my payment on Google play store so that I can purchase again, rather then that they kick me like a ball , to do that on Google support , and Google refund policies, I already done what I could done, rather than that I already told I I'm not so good in Google guidance, pls help me on that, it's almost a week they are kicking me like a ball, please help me![]()
