So, I just got a notification saying that some of my purchases have been refunded. However, it never asked me to give it an account, so it used the original card. Problem: due to changing services, that card no longer exists. Anyone know if I can still get the money sent to a different account?
@TheAnnouncerthey'll eventually send you a separate email for every transaction that failed. When you go into any one of them it will take you to a page to update the payment method for the refund. It took me almost 2 weeks to get the emails, and then there was a glitch during the update, so I have no idea if it worked, because they don't email you to say anything like "Thanks for updating your payment method, we will process your refunds again".
So I'm just waiting now, as it's been a couple of days.
But they will send you an email, it just takes a while.
