I received most of my Stadia refunds due to service closure. But there is 1 refund that I have not received in my account. I reviewed the email on the refund has been issued, but I have not received it in the accounts that was indicated in the email, but other refunds has shown up in the account indicated in the other refund email.
Similar issue here; 13 items refunded (according to Stadia AND received emails about refund) - but only 7 return payments on my used credit card (my only pay method in the recent years).
All together I miss about eur 100 paid to Stadia; as the registered refunds were transfered about a week ago I am afraid they will never arrive.
It is fine/good they do the refunds - but I wonder what happens with the missing payments?

Call your bank, That's all support team can really do here. If not, then you're SOL and just hope to get e-mail that may or may not come. I've been waiting a week and still nothing and with thanksgiving coming up, It'll be at least another week at minimum.
