Stadia has issued the refunds to wrong card and I don't have direct way of contacting them because I don't have access to my Facebook account (I may have deleted it, actually) and I don't have a Twitter account. I tried to make a Twitter account, but it was asking me for too much and I don't want to put so much effort into it if I'm just gonna delete it shortly after, once I get my issue with Stadia resolved first at least.
I just don't have many options here, but I really want to receive those refunds.

You all can check with your bank in this case. If the refund went through successfully even though your payment method is inactive/expired now (refund can still take up 3-5 days, sometimes even longer), then the bank may have received the money. In case the refund is not successful, you would get an email from Google to ask you to provide an alternate payment method.

Welcome to the absolute cluster **bleep** of a refund this whole event had been. Almost no one here, at Google or on Reddit seem to be any help whatsoever. This is pathetic a company of this size doesn't have basic checks in place to prevent these things from happening.

That is not acceptable. The company is not responding and I still haven't received any refund. I am very unhappy with this, now I have no games and no money! I never would have agreed to sending it back to my old credit card! They literally scammed me and are untrustworthy! Do I have to take legal action to get my refund?

You would need to wait then, if the bank has no record, then it's possible that the refund will fail at some point in which case you would receive an email from Google to provide an alternate payment method. These emails can sometimes take 1-3 weeks though.
In the meantime the only thing you could do is check with the bank or check your bank statements to see if the refund arrives there at some point.
If you haven't received your refund by Jan 18, 2023, you can also get in touch with the Stadia team, but they're currently super busy so that's not an option at the moment.
In my case it's been over 3 weeks with no email in site. My bank can't do anything Google won't do anything. No one had any answers are to what is happening and it's beyond frustrating

I too have the same issue of wrong card. The number Google used is not even in my profile. That had been changed a long time ago, so not sure why Google used it.
I can tell you exactly why because unlike most companies when you are doing a return of money involved you ping the card a temporary deposit of usually a $1 that gets reversed to check to see if the card is active and if everything is clear then the money gets sent no issues. Google very much did not do this and issued the money back to the original card when the service first launched. Something that was years ago. A lot can change side then, so why in the world they did it this way is beyond be but it's unexcusable.
Bull**bleep** I closed my bank account 8 months ago and deleted my card info as I was changing Banks and replaced my visa info with a Mastercard 8 months ago...Stadia had no issue taking money from the new info for the last 8 months for StAdia Subscription and dig purchases! So A: not sure how it went to the original purchase info when I removed it from my account online and B:closed the dam bank account ! The refunds were sent end of Nov ....it should have bounced back declined!!! It Jan 5th I didn't get my refunds even though it said it did ! My old bank never got **bleep** as I haven't bene a client and have had no open account with them for over 8 months.....so where's my God dam refunds

Been waiting 2 months for my issue to be resolved. Support had been absolutely useless in all of this. Still no **bleep** refund...

Google why didn't you send a email out asking everyone how they want there refund..
