Hello,
I got a portion of the refund as a google store credit (150$) and it is expiring in less than 1 week. I don't really understand why they would call this a refund.
I contacted help and they told me that they can't extend it. So I now got a refund and have 1 week to use it.
The rest was on an expired credit card which I am not sure how to get back either.
Seemed like a rushed and ill prepared way to offer refunds.
Hi @Jaymoda
You should reach out to Google Play about the the credits that are expired or are going to expire.
Also try to reach out to your old Credit Card provider as they accepted the refund on their side, there is not much else you can do about it.
The creditcard I used for most of my payment was also not active. After reaching out the bank they saw all the refunds and transfered the money to my bankaccount.

Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately, I think I have a google store credit (not a google play balance), so it doesn't apply to the play store, only the device store and google seem to refuse having it extended. Maybe I'll try again today with their Customer Service Team, might have gotten unlucky yesterday.
As for the bank portion, I'll look into this with my bank to see if I can get it transferred.
