So with stadia refunding their purchases,i thought i'd start looking into pay.google to see when my refund was getting processed,i waited for an email but go nothing only to find out today, that it has been refunded a total of 0.00 for cyberpunk2077 for which i paid the whole 60 dollars for.
Id love it if a representative could help out.
Hey @kira5z,
When refunds are successfully processed, it's normal that you'll be able to see them as "0,00" in pay.google.com. If you click on the transaction you will see the original price (the one you paid) minus possible discounts minus the refund, which totals up to 0,00 (that means basically that you didn't pay anything for this transaction if you get what I mean, because it has been refunded).
Can you double check also in your spam folder or bin in your email to see if the refund-email maybe went there?
Apart from that I believe you can only wait and see what happens, the refunds should all be processed automatically and Google mentioned they will be done by Jan 18, 2023 with all of them, so it's possible that the refund-process just takes time.
You can also keep an eye on your bank-statement to see if the refund arrives or double check with the bank if they got it somehow. If a refund would fail, you would get an email with instructions on how to set your alternate payment method, but it can take 1-2 weeks for a refund to fail.
Yea i reached out to support on Twitter and they told me to wait for the refund info in email form and to not pay attention to the google pay status.
I'll be waiting for an email from their team/service/automated response and will resume my inquiry from then on.
I appreciate the reply.

Keep me in the loop, I reached out to them on Twitter as well and they told me the same thing last week when I talked to them. Still haven't seen any email on my end though.
Still nothing on my end
Same. It's been 2 **bleep** months and support team is still claiming I'll get it magically in less then a week with Monday being a bank holiday. What an absolute joke this is.
Still waiting for my email 3 weeks after I was issued my refund. Bank and Google support are not helpful at all.
