I received my game refunds to my Google Play Balance but it has all expired and now I am unable to use it. Is this problem going to be fixed or do I need to contact someone?

You can also try again to contact Play Support, even if the previous help was not useful. I had to contact them as well about Play Balance refunds from Stadia that were expiring and they were able to fix it, so I encourage you to try again.

I know this was an issue at first. But most of it should be resolved. If this is not the case best is to reach out to Google Play support.
No... My account was not resolved and trying to get any answers on this with anyone at Google has been usless
