Like many, Stadia has been charging me $10 after a cancellation and I didn't know because I rightfully moved their emails to junk. What are the options to get my money back if it's even possible?
Thanks, Bennie
@BennieD are you saying that you have cancelled the Pro subscription but still getting charged? Did you ever get the cancellation email by any chance? If you do have it, you should contact support to get it sorted out

In the off chance that your cancellation didn't go through, you won't be able to get refund for previous months, but you can follow the steps below to get your subscription cancelled for future months

Question, did you make the cancellation days before the new month or during the month in which the billing arrives? Once the month begins, it is considered that you have activated Stadia Pro for that month, whether you have used it or not, and therefore you are charged for it (just as it will happen with any fixed-cost monthly subscription service like the rest of the streaming services).
In addition, you should receive a notice in your email that you have canceled it, with the date and time as well as the date on which it will be effective. Since it may also have been reactivated by accident, either by a family member, an offer that made a discount with Stadia Pro, etc.
