You can try using an android emulator. Install the stadia app on there and then you should have access to paypal and other payment options. I've never used one so don't really have any specific recommendations but I've seen others reporting that this has worked for them.
@Lergor I assume you're using iOS? Do you have an Android device you use? You'll be able to use PayPal and other Google payment methods there.
@Ivan yes, I am using iOS, but I got a Windows pc. Can I pay it in Chrome on a Windows pc?
@mention sry did not saw it.
@Lergor Not on PC unfortunately. Yeah I know it's very limiting. Hopefully they'll add the capabilities for non-Android devices in the future.
Can you maybe get a disposable/temporary debit card for the moment?
@mention poorly not. In Germany, we own a debit card just for travel insurance and I don't own one. How long does it take to implement PayPal or something like that for chrome or iOS? Maybe you can ask if they are working on it or if they say, it will stay like that, only with a debit card.
Thank you!

@Lergor Just be aware that bluestacks, or other Android emulators are not something official from Google. It might not have the latest security update/firmware, so proceed with your own caution.
I tried with bluestacks but stadia won't load...
