Are they processing these separately ?
Despite expected issues as the purchase card is no longer valid, I have received a full refund for my software purchases.
However, this did not include the refund for the purchase price of the controller. Same card and google account was used.

They seem to process them separately, my software purchases are also done, but hardware purchases not yet.
Since Google mentioned though they want all refunds to be processed by Jan 18, 2023, there's still some time left, so I'd suggest let's be patient and wait until the Hardware refunds roll out.
