@JamesFromGoogle could you PLEASE help me somehow .....im flat out of options and only 5 days left till POOF!!!.....i have called the bank and "tried" to get stadia support....6 of my refunds totally $199.58 went through successfully to a unemployment debit card....i kee getting told that the system sent it to the original form of payment which is false cus when i talked to the bank where my refund is sitting i didnt even have nor was i on unemployment when these refunds "supposedly" was purchased with said card.....so problem is the card is inactive and the bank says that stadia has to reverse the refunds on their end and send to the payment method in my file that they cannot decline, move, or do anything with the money because refunds that wasnt even purchased with the card got put on the card......NOBODY will listen they just keep saying "call the bank" "wait on a e-mail".....the e-mail willl never come because for 1 it went through....for 2 like i said they said they cant decline or move the money therefore no e-mail will be sent because they WONT DECLINE IT....stadia HAS TO REVERSE THE REFUND....its been 3 months and im BEYOND mad.....im so sick if getting copy and pasted auto responses of call the bank and wait for a e-mail....PLEASE HELP!!!!
@DaNooch So just want to clarify that support will go beyond Stadia's last day. What you need to do is to keep working with support, explain the issue, and just keep being persistent.
Again, support won't stop after Stadia's end date, so no need to panic for now.
