Help me please, Stadia gaves the refound on an expried credit card that does not work anymore, i gave them even before the new card but they ignored the change, i wrote them but they ignore even the message, what is should do?

You can check with your bank in this case. If the refund went through successfully even though your payment method is inactive/expired now (refund can still take up 3-5 days, sometimes even longer), then the bank may have received the money. In case the refund is not successful, you would get an email from Google to ask you to provide an alternate payment method. It's normal btw that Google will attempt to give you the refund to the original payment method that was used for the purchase.
