Rimborso Cyberpunk 2077

Visti i numerosi problemi ed errori su Cyberpunk 2077 chiedo cortesemente il rimborso del gioco

considerando anche il recente Hotfix 1.05 sono presenti ancora troppi bug.

Il gioco non doveva essere rilasciato agli utenti in queste condizioni...

you can try the following way to request a refund for the game:

1. Go to your order history on Google Play.
2. Click the 3 dots on the right side of the game you want to refund.
3. Click on "Request refund".

You can also check out this site to find out how to get a refund.

If this doesn't work, you can contact the Stadia support to find out if they can help you with the refund in any way.

Google play doesn't show the stadia purchase...

i am really disappointed with how google is doing. cyberpunk 2077 is full of bugs and I am entitled to a refund. your operator replied that it depends on the high number of users connected ... as if it were my problem.

Can you see your purchase in pay.google.com (activities) or stadia.google.com (settings) at least? If you bought Cyberpunk, it should be also in Google Play though.

You can also request a refund this way:

In the Stadia app

1. On your mobile device, sign into the Stadia app.
2. At the top right, tap your Stadia avatar.
3. Tap Purchases & subscriptions.
4. Under "Transaction history", tap the item for which you would like to request a refund.
5. Tap Request Refund.

On stadia.com

1. On your computer, sign into your account on stadia.com.
2. At the top right, click your Stadia avatar.
3. Click Stadia settings > Purchases & subscriptions.
4. Under "Transaction history", click the item for which you would like to request a refund.
5. Click Request Refund.

If the Request Refund button is not present, then the item that you purchased is not eligible for a refund. If you believe that the item should be refunded, please contact Customer Support.
