le jeu Cyberpunk étant injouable en l’état (version 1.05), est il possible d’obtenir un remboursement ?
voici mes bugs, qui semblent liés à des problèmes de réponses des touches de la manette
- impossible de courir
- impossible de s’accroupir
- le joueur court en étant accroupi (infiltration impossible)
- impossible de recharger
- impossible de réaliser l’action lié à L1 ou R1
La seule solution pour réaliser l’action est d’appuyer plusieurs fois sur la même touche jusqu’à ce que ça réagisse enfin

aucun autre problème sur les autres jeux du catalogue

You can ask for refund but there are some terms refunding games.
If that doesn't help you should contact Stadia support.

I contacted your support as soon as I realized the bugs in my version, on December 15 after 5 hours of play (the first hours have few action phases, where I encounter my bugs). I initially thought that the key/action response issue was related to my internet connection, before finding that the other Stadia games were working fine. I then concluded with your technical service that the problem was with the game itself. The bugs were not fixed by the new game patches (1.05), another controller or a new save.
Let me tell you my little story.
I have been a nurse by vocation since 2015. I started my career as a first helper during the Paris attacks. Since the start of COVID, I have been sent as a reinforcement by my government as an E.R/ICU nurse in the worst French clusters (east of France, Paris, French Guiana). I devote myself body and soul to my patients, I can no longer count the number of deaths from the virus that I have tried to treat since march, under the worst conditions. Nursing is one of the lowest paid jobs in France. Gaming is one of the only activities I have left since everything (bar, clubs, theaters) is closed. I wasn't particularly expecting Cyberpunk but it would have had the merit of entertaining me between two days of work.
I understand that my playing time exceeds the two hours of the T&Cs but I ask you to believe in my sincerity when I tell you that it was impossible for me to find that my version was not playable in two hours.
€ 50 invested in the game is a significant amount for me.
