Received the email almost a month ago about my refund it was to simple bank which was closed down a year ago by it's parent bank so there is no one for me to even contact about the refund I'm truly at a lost here
There are only two possibilities here: Either the bank somehow got your refund, so maybe you can contact the parent bank to check or alternatively you would receive an email at some point that your refund was not successful and to ask you for an alternate payment method.
There's still time until the Stadia shutdown (Jan 18, 2023), so you could just wait a bit longer.
Otherwise you could also contact the Stadia team, but not sure if they can be of any assistance at the moment if it comes down still to just waiting a bit longer.
But these are all options available.

I looked into that but Simple Bank transition to BBVA, which got bored by PNC which happened through the course of a year but by that time I already terminated in my banking service with simple. PNC has no accounts for people who did not transfer their service from BBVA so I have no idea where the money would have went for the refund
Hey with less than 5 days left before the shutdown I'm still having the same problem no contact from Google regarding my refund should I start to worry or is there more time
