Hello,
I bought Resident Evil Village on May 2021 on Stadia, it was a bundle with the premiere edition having the Stadia controller with it.
I got the e-mail telling me the game was refunded but since 2 weeks I still don't see my money back and the paying method hasn't changed so it's still the same card.
If I go on my activities this is what I see, a refund of 0 instead of €69,99. What's wrong?
Can I get support?
Thanks
Hey @Zierf,
I don't think Google is able to provide a ARN code, but if you really wanted to check, you could contact the Stadia team and see if they have any insight like this.
Apart from that I believe the only thing you could offer is the transaction ID, which you mentioned already, starts for most Stadia game purchases with "CDC".
So another alternative would be for you to simply wait and see if the refund appears in the next 1-2 weeks or until Jan 18, 2023.
Did you check with the back to see if there was a refund for the game?
Hey @Zierf,
It's actually normal that the successful refunds are shown as 0,00 in pay.google.com. Before it was showing the charge (the money you paid) and now it's showing 0,00, because you basically have been charged 0,00 for the game.
It's weird though that it looks successfully refunded for you there, but you mentioned you haven't received in on your payment method. I agree here with AndroiFy to check first with the bank, maybe they have somehow received your money. Otherwise if the refund fails you would receive an email to provide an alternate payment method (but that email can also take 1-2 weeks).
Support you get still get from the Stadia team, but they're super busy right now, so I can't recommend it atm (especially because they'll probably send you also to the bank first to check that). But it's definitely an option to get in touch with them if you still haven't received the refund by the end of Jan 18, 2023.
thanks for your reply, I contacted my bank regarding this refund but they do not see any blocked income on the card and I've been asked to provide a Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) code for them to check since the CDC or the transaction ID is not helpful for the bank.
Is there any way I can get this ARN code somewhere?
Thank you

Hi,
it took almost a month from when I received the e-mail but I finally got the amount back to my credit card, as you said.
Thank you all again for the support!
Glad things worked out. It's been over a month for me and still no emails or anything other than said funds were refunded, though they never were. Support refuses to help and the bank can't help on this situation. At this point I've lost any hope this will get fixed any time soon.
