I would like to request a refund of the 9.99 charged to my account. We were having technical difficulties and my kid was not able to play. Now school started and my child will not able to play.
Please let me know what to do.
@Oliviermejia I assume the 9.99 was for Stadia Pro subscription? If that's the case, unfortunately the charge is not refundable. What you can do is cancel the Stadia Pro for now, then re-subscribe when your kid have more time to play. Keep in mind that if you have purchased any games in the past, they will still be playable even without Stadia pro!
Unfortunately, Stadia pro is not refundable in Stadia. You can try to reach stadia support but not sure if this is eligible.

Remember that you can cancel at any time during the time you have active Stadia Pro and you will be able to continue using the time already paid. So if you're not sure how often you'll use the service I might recommend you pay month by month, turning it on and off each time so you don't forget to turn it off if something happens.
Unfortunately, personal or technical issues that one may have cannot be used as a reason for refunding a subscription and if they made exceptions, many people would probably abuse it :S. All this is well explained in the terms and conditions, when subscribing, paying, unsubscribing, etc.
