Hi guys I did. The subscription and the free trial on July 9, 2021, now July 24 I am charged 9.99 on paysafe card without my permission, Did I not take the money at the end of the subscription? Can't I ask for a refund now?
@Sasy03 after you signed up for the Pro trial, the auto billing is enabled. You needed to cancel the subscription during the trial period of you don't want to get charged for future month.
You won't be able to get a refund, but you can cancel it right now so you won't get charged for future months.
From your Stadia app, go to your profile (icon top right) then click / tap on Purchases - Subscriptions. From there it should be pretty straightforward to cancel your sub, but if you're having issues please don't hesitate to reply back here.

You can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase if there is less than 2 hours of play time across all accounts (family and personal). Games may only be returned one time, so if you return a purchased game for a refund and subsequently re-purchase it, you will not be entitled to a refund. This refund is only available for purchased games, and not for add-on content or services.
As you are having issues with Stadia Pro subscription I suggest reaching out to support. I am afraid we cannot resolve your issue on this community board. ![]()

Wait but I canceled the order and they said that on 9 August they cancel the subscription but yesterday they took 10 euros so without even warning, this thing is not good that they take the money so suddenly and then the trial month still not It was finished
In the transition history there is not even the amount that made me pay the application you know I took 10 euros on paysafe card out of nowhere
