Can I get a refund on kine Please

@Foso246 You can request refund for a game if you bought it less than 14 days and played less than 2 hours. More details can be found in the help center

Refunds for games

  • You can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase if there is less than 2 hours of play time across all accounts (family and personal). Games may only be returned one time, so if you return a purchased game for a refund and subsequently re-purchase it, you will not be entitled to a refund. This refund is only available for purchased games, and not for add-on content or services.
  • If you return the game for a refund it will be removed from your library and you will no longer be able to play it.

 

Option 1: Request a refund in the Stadia app (on mobile or web)

  1. Tap Profile
  2. Tap Purchases
  3. Under Transaction history, tap on the item you would like to request a refund on
  4. Tap Request Refund

If the Request Refund button is not present, then the item you purchased is not eligible for a refund.  If you believe that the item should be refunded please contact Customer Support by visiting support.google.com/stadia.

You may also request a refund from Google Play for purchases made on your Android phone through Google Play, please see Get a Refund on Google Play.

@Ivan 

I have tried the steps mentioned but cannot find the option to refund the item that I have just purchased. 

When I click on the item that is under transaction history, the only option available is the 'get support' option, clicking that redirects me to the stadia help page that doesn't really solve my problem. Please advise
