Hy. I have registered to the stadia website, the first month was for free. Now I was charged for a game that I was not able to try out via stadia. I want to get a refund, is it possible? The subscription is active, do I need first to cancel it and then I will be able to ask for a refund?

It is not totally clear to me what you are trying to accomplish?
If you want to refund a game you have bought through Stadia please look into this support site.
You are able to refund games you bought within 2 weeks of purchase and 2 hours of gameplay.
The Pro subscription isn't mandatory to buy games and play games you have bought.
You will lose access to your claimed Pro games though.

You can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase if there is less than 2 hours of play time across all accounts (family and personal). Games may only be returned one time, so if you return a purchased game for a refund and subsequently re-purchase it, you will not be entitled to a refund. This refund is only available for purchased games, and not for add-on content or services.
Aside from the information I provided above, I am also giving you two links below in the hopes that this helps you get your refund. Please note that even though there might not be that refund button available, I would still give contacting support a try as they have more administrative clearance or may ask for administrative clearance to give you a refund.

Thank you for your quick reply. I haven't played via STADIA one single second, I wasn't able to set up my PS4 controller to work with my phone, so I quit. Today I was charged for an automatic purchase.

This is not helping because after following these steps I don't have a Request Refund option, I only have Get support. How can I proceed from here on to get a refund?

Strange... Best thing you can do is contact Stadia support chat.
If the Request Refund button is not present, then the item that you purchased is not eligible for a refund. If you believe that the item should be refunded, please contact Customer Support by visiting support.google.com/stadia.
That is just awesome, no option to get a refund.
