Hi! I bought on date 23 November Borderlands 3 at 20$ and earlier today, I found out that the game with the Ultimate edition is on sale with a lower price than the base game.
I tried to refund it on Payments sections but I think I am not able to do that: I don't think i played more than 2 hours, I literally beat the first boss, then closed the game.
My request is that my refund can be accepted so I can buy the ultimate edition. Is that possible?

Edit: I can confirm that I currently have played less than 2 hours. So I can't be refunded because 2 weeks passed. I don't think that's fair considering the overall situation
@RXShorty thanks for the answer! I tried contact the support via chat and It worked. The operator was really kind, after checking my situation, he said that I could get the refund after 2 weeks because the time in game was less than 1 hour.
Great assistance, but I think he's better to clarify this in the refund policy. It would be a lot better for the overall experience.
My opinion is that those rules are too strict. A more flexible system would be better for encouraging people to buy more.

I am afraid you are correct about the 2 weeks. If 2 weeks have passed you are not eligible to ask for refund.
